Hello Creative by Nature People,
Join us this Thursday, January 28th, at 2:00 pm EST for the next episode of the Intuitive Path Radio Show.I have invited Diana Meade, a creativity coach, self-taught artist and writer to talk to us about the importance of creativity for our lives and how we can unleash our creativity through energy techniques. Diana helps women claim their creativity using the body’s energy to ignite the creative spark. Diana made her living painting for seventeen years. After discovering energy techniques, she realized that her struggles with the creative process could be lessened or eliminated. Many of the blocks that stood in her way dissolved and she has been able to take more creative risks and enjoy the creative process much more ever since. She now shares her own experiences with the women she works with, and we have the pleasure of benefiting from her insight in this episode.

Let us now move over to
the recap of the second episode with Diana Dorell, an intuitive counselor and
healer, which aired on November 10, 2009. Diana and I met through our mutual
friend Maryellen Smith, and the three of us have been supporting each other in
our personal and professional growth ever since. In this episode we discussed
“The Guiding Power of Intuition” – what it is, how we can access it and how to
differentiate it from all the other voices we hear. As intuition is at the core
of both our work, I am thankful to share all this information with you that
hopefully will help you reconnect to your inner wisdom.
So, what is intuition? Diana describes it as the messages she receives from
a higher source. This information comes very quickly, intermittently during the
day, not always when you want it to come, and it is fast and clear. When the
angels speak to us, Diana explained that their voice is very loving and gentle,
without any fearfulness. Something like “You are being guided to…” or “For your
highest good…” I experience my intuitive voice as expansive and like to
therefore call it the bigger voice. At times it can be frightening because it
brings up these outrageous ideas about the possible directions in our lives.
How to differentiate intuition from the other voices in
our head? Diana
explained to us that outside of the intuitive voice, there is wishful thinking and ego thinking. When
our ego speaks to us it is fear-based, it emphasizes that we are
separate from other people which is the opposite of our one-consciousness. This
voice might tell you that “I am not special” and “I am not good enough.” These
are repetitive mental anxiety-ridden thoughts, as Diana calls them, and they
are connected to the 3rd chakra which is about control and the
desire to be individual. In contrast to the bigger voice of intuition, the
smaller voice of the ego wants to hold us back so that we stay in our comfort
zone and maintain the status quo. It wants to protect us in a way, and operates
based on our interpretations of past events and experiences.
We might tend to believe
that it is a negative voice altogether, though this voice has its place in
reflecting our personality and in distinguishing us from everyone else. Only when
we allow the ego voice to become the dominant guide in our lives, then we live
in lack and limitation, and do not allow ourselves to grow and reach our full
potential. In addition, Diana illuminated that wishful thinking can be linked
to our ego in a certain way. These are the things we think about constantly,
and never take action on like “I really should work out more…” Does this not
sound familiar ;-)? In order to differentiate the voices, it is essential to
listen to the way they come to us and what quality they have.
How can we access our intuition & trust it to guide us
into a greater future? First of all, intuition is a gift to us all. This is important because
some of you might believe they are not intuitive or do not know how to access
it, and I encourage you to be open and test the information you learn here for
yourself. The key is that for every one of us intuition speaks in a unique way,
as we are all unique beings. Though there are four main channels of psychic
information:
1) clairvoyance (images, seeing a movie…)
2) clair audience (voices, ringing in the ear…)
3) clair sentience (gut feeling, pain in throat…)
4) clair cognizance (quiet knowing e.g. phone rings and you know who it
is)
Here are some wonderful tips Diana shared with us for
accessing our intuition:
Ø
Keep
record of your intuitive hits with date in a journal or any other format, then
look back and check it off, this creates awareness of the power of your
intuition and how it mainly speaks to you
Ø
Meditate
to open up your third eye; clear cord crystals held in your receptive hand can
help you to get grounded and more tuned in to your intuition
Ø
To
clear yourself from surrounding energies, call Archangel Michael to wrap you in
a pink bubble from head to toe – this is very useful when you work in an office
and there is lots of tech energy around you
Ø
Another
tip that I learned from an intuitive if we want to protect ourselves from
negative energies, is to cross our arms in front of our solar plexus to avoid
taking those vibrations in
In addition to actively
growing our intuitive muscles, it is important to let go and do things that we
really enjoy and that bring us into a state of flow. Then, our intuitive voice
can reach us in our state of bliss and joy where we are so much more receptive
to the grand message of the higher source. You know best what these activities
might be – Diana mentioned dancing which is the same for me. I love to sing or
take a walk outside, and I open up to the beauty that is in me and around me.

is also on Facebook and Twitter and has a weekly radio show on

information we shared in this episode & join us for the next episode of the

Hello People on the Path,
The weekly Intuitive Path Radio Show is in full swing, and I can happily report that we are on our fifth episode coming up tomorrow, Thursday December 3. I wanted to make the wonderful tips and strategies from each episode available to you on my blog, and I encourage you at the same time to check out the podcasts. You can either access the previous episodes through the player on the front page of this blog, go to www.blogtalkradio.com/TheIntuitivePath or go to itunes and find the podcasts under "Intuitive Path." Each episode has been filled with inspiration, information and laughter - I am sure you will enjoy them!
Our first episode "Manifesto: How To Transform Your Livelihood Into Your Calling" aired on November 2, 2009. My guest was business coach Davender Gupta who I had the pleasure to work with in the Book Yourself Solid Marketing Course. We discussed the importance of creating a manifesto which is basically a personal mission statement in which you define your life and career based on your talents, passions and values. The manifesto will be your compass for the directions and choices in life and in your career so that you stay on your path for success and fulfillment. It is all about thinking big, envisioning greater things for yourself, and trusting that you have a much bigger impact on the world than you might believe. When you take the time to write your manifesto, tap into your intuition, all the answers are ready for you to discover ;-). As Davender put it so powerfully - we all have a "spiritual DNA", we are born with a mission to experience certain values and make a difference in the world.
Davender shared key questions with us that are essential in creating your own manifesto. It is part of his concept of suCCCCess with each C marking essential aspects of defining your success:
1) Clarity = Who am I? What is the change I want to create in the world? Why is this important?
2) Commitment = Am I willing to make this mission my number one in life?
3) Confidence = What daily actions can I take to build my confidence?
4) Courage = Where can I stretch myself, step outside of my comfort zone, and challenge the status quo?
Especially the first answers under Clarity will give you so much more insight into what you are passionate about and what drives you to action. And then, take one small action step each day in alignment with your personal mission. Life happens one step at a time, and the more you operate from the inside out, the more you will enjoy every step you talk on your intuitive path. And remember that your manifesto can have many shapes and forms - a written text, a poem, a vision board, an audio recording. The key is to enjoy the process, and rekindle the passion, power and purpose you have inside yourself.
